Our History
Ningbo Xinfanfeng Tools Co., Ltd., formerly known as Ningbo Yinzhou District Fanfeng Tool Factory, was established in December 2006 and has been deeply engaged in the metal hardware processing industry for nearly two decades. In January 2022, the company completed a corporate upgrade and rebranding, officially relocating to its own new facility in the Zhangjia Industrial Zone, Shangtian Subdistrict, Fenghua District, Ningbo-thereby achieving a comprehensive upgrade in both its production environment and manufacturing capacity.
Our Factory
The company's new facility covers an area of 5,330 square meters, featuring a tidy environment and a well-organized layout. We boast a mature and stable production team of 40 to 50 employees, including five senior mold technicians responsible for the R&D and fabrication of new molds, four workshop supervisors who ensure the efficient execution of production plans, and five dedicated quality inspectors who oversee product quality throughout the entire process.
Our Product
We specialize in the precision machining and manufacturing of various metal hardware components. Our core product lines include garden tool accessories, photovoltaic mounting brackets and hooks, automotive stamped parts, and stamped hardware for electrical appliances.
Product Application
Our products are widely used in sectors such as garden machinery, new energy photovoltaic installations, automotive manufacturing, and home appliances. We supply components to numerous domestic OEMs and export in large volumes to overseas markets, meeting the diverse application needs of customers both at home and abroad.

We are a legitimate private manufacturing enterprise recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise. Committed to independent R&D and technological innovation, we currently hold eight granted patents, demonstrating our solid capabilities in technology development and process improvement.
Production Equipment
The company is equipped with comprehensive hardware production facilities, including over 50 stamping machines of various sizes, 16 robotic welding units, and a full suite of precision machining equipment such as bending machines, shot-blasting machines, industrial cleaning lines, lathes, milling machines, and grinding machines.

The company is experiencing steady, simultaneous growth in both its domestic and international business operations; while meeting domestic market demand, its products are also exported in large volumes to numerous countries and regions.
