Common materials for stamped metal parts include stainless steel, SECC (electro-galvanized steel sheet), and SGCC (hot-dip galvanized steel sheet). The processing of these parts is relatively straightforward, allowing for efficient, mechanized production. The process begins with material preparation, noting that the specific material used depends on the product requirements. Once the material is selected, initial processing-such as milling-is performed. Subsequent steps involve machining the corners and surfaces to ensure they are smooth and level.

The semi-processed material is placed on a layout table, where the design is marked out based on the mold specifications. Next, center-punching and drilling are performed on the marked mold components. Heat treatment is also essential; this involves high-temperature heating followed by annealing, after which precision grinding can be carried out. Once precision grinding is complete, assembly takes place. This stage involves mounting the mold onto a stamping press for testing and adjustment, followed by using measuring instruments to verify that the stamped parts meet product standards.
