Strict Coaxiality Control
We control coaxiality closely during production. Poor coaxiality can cause the wheel to shake during operation. Shaft diameter accuracy is controlled through machining, while the keyway is formed by stamping.
The shaft diameter and length can be adjusted according to your mower model. You can provide a drawing, and we produce the part according to the specified dimensions. A Garden Tool Extension Pole needs accurate alignment for smooth rotation, so coaxiality is checked during processing.
Payment And Quality Control
We support EXW and FOB terms. Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For custom products, the payment term is 50% deposit and 50% balance. Discounts are available for large orders.
Our factory has a stable production team of 40 to 50 workers. Five senior mold technicians handle new mold development and production. Four workshop supervisors manage production schedules, and five full-time quality inspectors monitor quality throughout the process.
For this product, we carry out first inspection, in-process inspection, and final 100% inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is also accepted. Drawings and samples are welcome for product development and customization.
