Safe Braking For Electric Vehicles
A Split Steel Bushing is used in electric vehicle braking applications. Stable braking requires a consistent disc surface and accurate fit with the vehicle model. Our product is made from steel plate and formed by stamping. The disc thickness, hole size, and mounting holes are produced according to the vehicle model. An anti-rust surface treatment can also be added according to requirements.
The stamped steel construction provides a flat disc surface and stable friction during braking. Consistent stamping helps maintain the required dimensions and assembly interchangeability. Strict Flatness Control
We closely control disc flatness during production. Poor flatness can cause vibration during braking, so the disc surface is kept flat through stamping and leveling. Mounting holes can also be adjusted to match your vehicle model.

We support OEM and ODM orders and can provide samples before mass production. Sample development usually takes one month. Each part undergoes 100% inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is also accepted.

Our factory is located in Fenghua, Ningbo. We started this business in 2006 under the former name Ningbo Yinzhou Fanfeng Tools Factory. We have nearly twenty years of experience in metal hardware processing. We completed our upgrade and name change in January 2022 and moved into our own new plant in Zhangjia Industrial Area, Shangtian Street, Fenghua District, Ningbo.
