Built For Wet Soil Conditions
A rotary hoe blade works in wet soil, where moisture can increase the risk of rust and breakage. The blade needs to enter the soil smoothly and turn it over during tilling. Our product is made from 45# steel, with a length of 400 mm. It undergoes heat treatment to reach a hardness of HRC 38 to 42. The surface receives electrophoresis treatment for improved resistance to rust and corrosion.
The combination of hardness and toughness helps the blade withstand repeated tilling without breaking easily. The electrophoresis coating provides additional surface protection in wet soil conditions. Customers mainly use this blade for tilling in fields. It enters the soil smoothly and helps keep tilling work consistent.
Strict Heat Treatment Control
We control the heat treatment process closely. Insufficient heating can leave the blade too soft, while excessive heating can make it brittle. The hardness is maintained at HRC 38 to 42 to balance hardness and toughness for soil tilling.
We also use electrophoresis as the surface treatment. The coating is applied evenly to provide protection against moisture and acidic conditions in the soil. A Rotary Hoe Blades product needs consistent surface treatment as well as stable mechanical properties, and we maintain these requirements during production.

Our factory is located in Fenghua, Ningbo. We started this business in 2006 and completed our upgrade and name change in January 2022. We then moved into our own new plant in Zhangjia Industrial Area, Shangtian Street, Fenghua District, Ningbo. The upgrade improved our production environment and capacity.
The plant covers 5,330 square meters. We maintain a clean production environment, a reasonable layout, and a stable production team of 40 to 50 workers. Our equipment includes 16 robotic automatic welding machines and industrial cleaning lines. We welcome your drawings and samples for customization.
