Application Areas for Metal Stamped Parts
(1) Automotive stamping. Primarily deep drawing. In my country, this sector is concentrated in large facilities such as automobile, tractor, and aircraft manufacturing plants; independent, large-scale deep-drawing stamping plants are still relatively rare.
(2) Stamping of components for the automotive and other industries. Primarily punching and shearing operations. Many enterprises in this category are classified as standard parts manufacturers, though independent stamping plants also exist; clusters of such small factories are often found near major automotive or tractor manufacturing plants.
(3) Electrical component stamping plants. This is a relatively new industrial sector that emerged alongside the development of the electrical appliance industry; these plants are primarily concentrated in southern China.
(4) Stamping plants for daily consumer goods. These facilities produce items such as handicrafts and tableware and have experienced significant growth.
(5) Household appliance component stamping plants. These plants emerged following the growth of the domestic household appliance industry; the majority operate within larger appliance manufacturing enterprises.
(6) Specialized stamping enterprises. This category includes the stamping of aerospace components; however, these specialized facilities are typically affiliated with large-scale manufacturing enterprises.
