Photovoltaic (PV) mounting systems generally fall into two main categories, each suited to different applications. The most common type is the galvanized steel mount; offering excellent cost-effectiveness, high rigidity, and strong corrosion resistance, these mounts provide stable load-bearing performance. They are widely used for residential rooftops, commercial and industrial roofs, and ground-mounted solar farms, making them the standard choice for mainstream installations. The second category consists of aluminum alloy mounts, which are lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and highly corrosion-resistant. These are ideal for color steel tile roofs and lightweight roofing structures, as they do not impose excessive structural loads.

High-quality PV mounts also offer an exceptionally long service life. Manufactured using professional processes-including hot-dip galvanizing and anti-corrosion coatings-they are resistant to sunlight, rain, and aging. Their lifespan matches that of the PV panels themselves, often exceeding 25 years. Requiring no frequent maintenance or replacement, they significantly reduce long-term operation and maintenance costs for solar power plants.
